So, it’s the first post of 2010.
2010, a New Decade
Excited? Perhaps.Worried? Maybe.
Who knows what life holds?Life is unpredictable.
A new year asks for its new resolutions.

most importantly, I aim to lead a simple and serene life. Though technology has indeed helped to improve life, I often feel that life without those new gadgets like the computer would have been better. Life would have been much simpler. Simplicity, is still the best.

secondly, I wish to embrace imperfections.I admit, I’m a perfectionist. But as the saying goes, no single art piece is perfect; each has its own flaws. While I try to seek perfection, I wish to embrace imperfections as well.

Thirdly, I need to repel each and every thought of discontent, anxiety and discouragement; I need to stay confident and motivated. Let’s use the classic example: when given a half-filled cup, would you say it’s half empty or half full? It’s the same logic.

Next, I need to exercise carefulness in conversations and diligence in appointed tasks. Be sensitive and hardworking, need I say more?

Above is half of my new year resolutions. Hard to achieve but not impossible. Just as the saying goes: A dream is just a dream but a goal is a dream with a plan and a dateline. Life is often described as a roller-coaster with its ups and downs. I used to be pessimistic, but now, I’ll lead a different life. When it’s down, I’ll believe that it will be better. When it’s up, I’ll live the moment to the fullest.Till then, let’s hope that 2010 would be an awesome and happy year for all of us(:

Right Now..... I’m in such a dilemma. I seriously don’t know where to go now:/ Ehm, JC? Poly?When i can finally get into AJC, i don’t feel like going in anymore. hahah, like all the oral presentations and commitments, it makes me feel so scared. so i’m considering international business in ngee ann poly. My brother was saying it’s quite a waste to go poly with my results, which i think so too. but JC life may not be right for me as well:/

But i’ll believe that there’s always a reason for the grades i scored. so no matter what choice i make, i’ll make full use of it. that’s the way life is. i don’t intend to be on the business times or whatsoever, i just want to lead a life with no regrets.

On January 28 2010, I will have to start school again with fun and interesting Orientation camps, programmes, made new friends and erase all bad memories i have in JSS:/ I kinda miss many friends or acquaintance that I had made in my four yrs of secondary school life. I tasted all 酸甜苦辣...
酸(Sour): Slogging out during my pre-prelim days, handle interpersonal relations
甜(Sweet): Reap the fruits i had sow!! Accomplish my goals and resolutions made in 2009
苦(Bitter): More A2s than A1s, missed out narrowly a point to my dream college./ NAPFA Tests
辣(Spicy): Well, Chilli Roxs
I love the Taste of life!!!
